These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, landing pages, registrations, services, and offerings provided by Olegora Designs LLP, operating under the brand name ZIZA Build (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing our website, registering for a masterclass, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All services offered under the ZIZA Build brand are owned and operated by Olegora Designs LLP.
Any individual coach or trainer, including Sangeetha Shaji, acts solely as an authorized representative of the Company and not in a personal capacity.
1.2. Services Covered
These Terms apply to all services offered by the Company, including but not limited to:
• Coaching programs
• Training sessions and masterclasses (free or paid)
• Workshops, webinars, and live sessions
• Professional services such as website design, branding, logo design, app development, and digital solutions
• Any related content, resources, or materials
1.3. User Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age, or
• You have parental or legal guardian consent
1.4. Registration & Accuracy of Information
When registering for any service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
The Company is not responsible for issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by you.
1.5. Payments & Pricing
• Some services may be offered free of charge, while others may require payment.
• All prices are displayed at the time of registration and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. The Company does not store or access your payment credentials.
1.6. Right of Admission & Conduct
• ZIZA Build reserves the absolute right to restrict, ghost, or remove any participant from a Zoom session or WhatsApp group or any communication channel at any time, without prior notice or explanation.
• Zero Tolerance Policy: Any participant found disturbing the session, using foul language, promoting other services (spamming), or causing a nuisance will be removed immediately.
1.7. Refund & Cancellation Policy
• If we deny you entry:
If ZIZA Build rejects your entry for a paid session for internal reasons (unrelated to conduct), you may appeal for a refund via support@zizabuild.com.
• No Refunds will be issued if:
• You missed the session due to your own technical issues or personal reasons.
• You were removed from the session due to misconduct, disturbance, or being a nuisance.
• Limited Time Offers: Any special offers or “bonuses” mentioned during the masterclass are time-sensitive and subject to the specific terms mentioned during the pitch.
• Registrations, including but not limited to masterclasses, are valid only for the specific session or time period selected, as stated on the website at the time of registration.
• Live sessions may be conducted using Zoom or other similar platforms. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and access to the required application or platform. The Company is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues on the participant’s end.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, appropriate alternatives or resolutions may be offered.
1.8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, branding, course names, frameworks, methodologies, session recordings, videos, audios, presentations, documents, designs, logos, graphics, website content, marketing creatives, and any other intellectual property made available through this website or under the ZIZA Build brand are the exclusive property of Olegora Designs LLP, unless stated otherwise.
This protection includes, but is not limited to:
• The brand name ZIZA Build
• All services, programs, and offerings promoted under the brand
• The personal name Sangeetha Shaji, when used in connection with coaching, training, professional services, or representations of ZIZA Build
• The image, likeness, voice, appearance, video recordings, photographs, and any visual or audio representation of Sangeetha Shaji or any authorized representative of the Company
• The name, image, likeness, voice, and recordings of Sangeetha Shaji are used solely in association with services delivered by Olegora Designs LLP under the ZIZA Build brand.
1.9. Prohibited Use of AI & Automated Tools
Any unauthorized use of the Company’s content, materials, or the personal name, image, likeness, voice, or recordings of Sangeetha Shaji for the purpose of:
• Training artificial intelligence or machine learning models
• Generating AI-based images, videos, audio, voice clones, avatars, or deepfake content
• Creating derivative, simulated, or misleading representations
is strictly prohibited, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
Users, participants, or third parties may not copy, reproduce, record, distribute, resell, publish, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any materials or sessions without prior written consent from Olegora Designs LLP.
All content, strategies, and materials shared in the any of our sessions including but not limited to our masterclass, bootcamp, accelerator, 1:1 sessions are the intellectual property of Olegora Designs LLP. Recording, redistributing, or selling our course content or any material we provide without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Any violation of this clause may result in immediate termination of access to services and may invite legal action under applicable intellectual property, personality rights, and unfair use laws.
1.10. User Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use the website or services for unlawful purposes
• Share false, misleading, or abusive content
• Disrupt sessions, communities, or platforms
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
The Company reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
1.11. Disclaimer

• All services are provided on a best-effort basis.
• Results from coaching, training, or professional services may vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and execution.
• The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, income, or business success.
1.11.2. Business Responsibility Disclaimer
• Any business decisions, actions, or implementations made by participants based on coaching, training, masterclasses, or professional services are taken solely at their own discretion and risk.
• The Company does not control, manage, endorse, or assume responsibility for any business, operations, financial decisions, legal compliance, or outcomes of participants or students.
• The Company does not control, manage, recommend, approve, or assume responsibility for the type of business, industry, model, structure, partnerships, or activities chosen by participants.
• The Company does not endorse or guarantee the legality, viability, profitability, or suitability of any business selected or operated by a participant.
• Olegora Designs LLP shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, legal issues, or consequences arising from the participant’s business activities, decisions, partnerships, or use of information provided through our services.
1.12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Any claims arising from the use of our services shall be limited to the amount paid (if any) for the specific service.
• All services, communications, and transactions are provided by Olegora Designs LLP, and no personal liability shall extend to any individual coach or representative.
1.13. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party platforms for hosting, communication, analytics, payments, or service delivery.
The Company is not responsible for the policies or practices of these third-party providers.
1.14. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services at its discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.
1.15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Kollam, Kerala, and the High Court of Kerala at Kochi (Ernakulam).

The Company may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
